DRMACHAKIL came out of the gate strong, winning new media awards (I guess that term is back 🤷‍♂️) from Brooklyn to Mumbai. It’s not just the technical prowess that caught the attention of both film judges and internet scrollers when AI was still in its infancy. It’s the storytelling. When humor seemed to be out of the reach of an AI performer, The Prompt Floor demonstrates that anything is possible in the right hands.

It also helps that DRMACHAKIL approaches AI much like a painter from the 1600’s or a Warner Brothers’ cartoonist from the 1920’s. He is a keen observer of people’s reactions and embeds those micro-expressions into his AI characters. It’s why we quickly forget it’s AI–if we realized it at all.
