The 7th Truth

“We see things not as they are, but as we are.”

G. T. W. Patrick

DRMACHAKIL’s most recent AI long format project, The 7th Truth, explores the nature of truth, perception and reality in six different installments. While all of the episodes share the same narrative timeline–and use sound design as the stories’ metronome–each is told from a different character’s perspective. Not only is this a far cry from most AI generated films in the way of craft, it is a shining example of the promise of AI to enable filmmakers to use revolutionary ways of telling stories that resonate deeply.

This series represents not only the democratization of Hollywood-level production values, it provides hope that studios and streamers will return to the long tail of content creation. Because AI can provide content variety at scale, for a fraction of the cost, it means niche films become economically viable.

It also means advertising clients can at least explore different forms of branded films. Ai’s promise is not just cheaper :30 spots but the ability to create brand universes.
